Q//K is a duo by Kim Vu (guitar/vocals) and Qiu-Zi Yang / Q (drums/vocals). Both are Berlin-based musicians working across heavy and experimental music. Their sound moves through heavy, noisy, and dense textures, balancing structure and improvisation, precision and disruption. Both are members of the band @hu66in6 and will be presenting this project together as a duo for the first time.π₯
The duo will play a dynamic set dedicated specially to the APAL@WERKSTATT opening, constructed from samples, guitar, and drums, shaped through layers of effects and vocals. Heavy beats and distorted riffs collide with noise and ambient textures, leaving room for spontaneity and shifting between intensity and atmosphere.
